1. Overview

At MindPlot (operated by Beijing COSINX Technology Co., Ltd.), we strive to provide exceptional AI-powered plotting and chat services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes to ensure transparency and protect both our users and our business operations.


2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

🎯 New Subscriber Protection:

  • First-time subscribers to any paid MindPlot plan (Pro, Max, or Custom) are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of their initial subscription payment.
  • This guarantee applies to your first subscription only—subsequent renewals or plan changes are subject to the standard refund terms below.
  • To request a refund, contact mindplot@cosinx.com with your account email and subscription details.

✅ Qualification Requirements:

  • Account must be in good standing (no violations of Terms of Service)
  • No evidence of abuse, excessive usage, or fraudulent activity
  • Refund request must be submitted within 7 days of payment

3. Service Outage Refunds

🛡️ Uptime Guarantee:

  • If MindPlot experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours due to our infrastructure), affected subscribers may request pro-rated credits or refunds.
  • Downtime caused by third-party services, scheduled maintenance, or force majeure events are excluded.
  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the outage with supporting details.

4. Mid-Cycle Cancellations

⏰ Subscription Management:

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as specified in sections 2 and 3 above.
  • Cancelled accounts retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Cancellation does not delete your account or data—only stops future billing.

5. Annual Subscription Refunds

📅 Long-term Plan Protections:

  • Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days, minus any usage that exceeds equivalent monthly plan limits.
  • After 30 days, annual subscriptions follow standard cancellation terms (no refund for remaining period).
  • Annual plan discounts will be recalculated if partial refunds are issued.

Example: If you pay $120 for an annual plan but cancel after 2 months, you may receive a refund of $80 (10 months remaining), adjusted for any overages.


6. Refund Processing Timeline

💳 Payment Method Returns:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via your original payment method.
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Stripe): 3-5 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 5-7 business days after processing (may take 1-3 additional days for PayPal to credit your account)
  • Bank Transfers: 7-10 business days depending on your financial institution

  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund is initiated and processed.
  • If refunds take longer than expected, we will proactively communicate any delays.

7. Abuse Prevention & Account Protection

⚖️ Permanent Suspensions:
Accounts suspended for abuse are permanently ineligible for future refunds and may face legal action for fraud.

💰 Chargeback Policy:

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and collection efforts.

  • Valid disputes will be handled cooperatively with your payment provider.
